I recently hired them to repair a roof leak. The work itself was done very kindly and carefully, so I'd give it about 4 stars. However, there were several issues from the very first day of the work.

- First, the company representative said the day before that he would come around 9 AM, but he didn't show up. When I contacted them, he said he left the company at 9 AM, so he finally arrived around 9:30 AM.

- I was told that the work, which should have taken one day, might take two days. I wasn't told what time he would come on the second day, so I assumed he would start around the same time, but he didn't come. He still hadn't arrived after 10 AM, so I tried contacting the representative, but couldn't get through. I was quite annoyed, but the workers finally arrived at lunchtime. When I asked the workers, they said the representative was on vacation for several days... If he was going to be on vacation and unreachable, I wish they had told me in advance, and if he was unreachable, they should have told me how I could communicate with the workers. When I told them this, they did apologize, but their LINE messages, which included emojis, didn't seem very sincere.

- After the work was completed, they said they would contact me again once the invoice was prepared, but nearly two weeks passed without any contact. When I contacted them myself, they immediately sent the invoice...

Therefore, personally, no matter how competent they are at their job, I have reservations about a company that can't handle important communication like reporting, contacting, and consulting. This left me with a rather negative impression, which ultimately led to this rating.

Their price was cheaper than other companies, and they did a thorough job, so if you don't mind a bit of lax communication, they might be a good choice.

We had our roof replaced during the hot month of July.

I had been bothered for a long time by the raised plaster and misaligned tiles, but when the soffit peeled off, I decided to consult with them. It was reassuring to be able to check the condition using a drone without having to climb onto the roof, and to be satisfied before the work began. They also gave us a lower estimate than other companies. During the work, there was no shouting or rude behavior whatsoever; I was very impressed by how calm and professional the workers were these days. Above all, I am so grateful that they completed the work diligently and safely in nearly 40°C temperatures. Thanks to them, our roof looks beautiful now.
